Kyra is a grounded, captivating, and versatile singer-actress originally from Delaware/Pennsylvania (A true East Coast girl at heart). She graduated with her BFA in Musical Theatre from West Virginia University in May of 2023 and is now an NYC based actor. When Kyra isn't shining onstage, you can find her teaching theatre to kids, taking a nap, or pursuing her newest hobby (cooking, video games, new tv show, you name it).
Some of Kyra's favorite roles include, Alice Murphy in Bright Star, Amneris in Aida,and Cynthia Weil in Beautiful: The Musical.
Whats new with me?
After the best four years, I graduated from West Virginia University with my BFA in Musical Theatre (May 2023) Go Mountaineers!!!
I just finished my contract as a Resident Actor with Charleston Stage Company - It was a joy to get to teach what I love to these kiddos for a year!
This was the last MainStage of the season at Charleston Stage - Beautiful : The Carole King Musical. Playing Cynthia Weil was an honor.
